Returns are eligible within 7 days of the order being delivered. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Damaged or worn products will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, email us at support@polarize.in with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll guide you through the return process and initiate a refund.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
